William Mitchell, President and Chief Executive Officer
As a senior executive in several pharmaceutical packaging companies, Bill has nearly 35 years of experience and a proven track record in pharmaceutical contract packaging, manufacturing and services. He has served most recently as the CEO of Clondalkin Group Pharma and Healthcare, an operating company within the Clondalkin Group where he led the integration of several acquired companies into a single operating company and was accountable for the strategic direction and operational execution across nine facilities. For a decade prior to his tenure at Clondalkin, Bill was the President of several packaging divisions within Cardinal Health where he had global responsibilities for the $500 million group of contract packaging and manufacturing businesses and 3,200 employees. Bill received his education at the University of Delaware.
Bill Bolding, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in life sciences and related industries, Bill has led successful turnarounds in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical environments. Prior to joining PCI, he served as Vice President of Operational and Process improvement for Tunnell Consulting, a life sciences consulting firm. Bill was previously Senior Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Catalent Pharma Solutions, a former division of Cardinal Health, where he created and led Catalent's global operational improvement and Lean Six Sigma strategies. As Vice President of North America Operations at Cardinal Health Oral Technologies, Bill led the operations of three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. In addition, he has extensive experience in healthcare packaging and printing operations including a variety of General Management and operations roles with Cardinal Health and PCI Services. Skilled in developing and leading talented, accountable, and results-driven teams, Bill brings a customer and value-oriented perspective. Bill holds multiple degrees including an MBA from Ball State University and bachelors in science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
